Nagpur: Nagpur played host to its inaugural private Model United Nations (MUN) conference, Apex MUN, which unfolded at the prestigious Chitnavis Center on August 12th and 13th. With an impressive participation of more than 120 delegates, the event marked a significant step forward in the city’s academic and diplomatic discourse.
This was an combined effort and relentless effort of Aatish Nigam The Secretary General and Founder for Apex Mun and Siddharth kashikar who was a great help to the conference. Aatish’s decision to establish Apex MUN stems from a deep-rooted passion for international affairs and a strong belief in the power of informed discourse to shape a better world.

The closing ceremony of Apex MUN was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, Mr. Ajay Sancheti, a former Rajya Sabha member and industrialist, Mr. Nishant Gandhi, a former corporator and Mr. Sanjay Bangale an Ex NIT trustee and a Senior Corporator. Their endorsement of the event underscores its significance in both political and economic realms, solidifying its impact on a broader scale.
Apex MUN’s various committees, including the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), and Lok Sabha, delved into pressing global matters. Delegates immersed themselves in spirited debates, aiming to forge consensus and formulate actionable solutions to tackle challenges of international importance.
Apex MUN 2023, with its resounding success, paves the way for future editions that promise to be even more influential and transformative.
