The first Floating Cinema was launched last year in Kashmir, and on its launch occasion, a Shikara Carnival was organised where shikaras were decorated with lights, which passed through Nehru Park and Kabootar Khana with local artists, who performed, sang, and danced to Kashmiri songs, entertaining all the guests present and the passer-by. The first-ever concept introduced has been created to attract more tourists and provide a new cinema-watching experience to moviegoers. Kashmir is known as heaven on earth and also a photographer’s paradise, and to add on to its beauty Atlas Event Management brought in the concept of Floating Cinema to charm the audiences with an incredible cinema watching experience on their Shikaras, something they never imagined would happen.
People are going bonkers over the idea and concept, and Atlas Event Management has already received the copyright for this project. Floating Cinema is surely contributing heavily to the tourism sector of our country and has made massive headlines as well in a short span of time. Aamir Farooq believes that cinema-watching experiences like these will further attract more people in India and even outside the country who will be motivated enough to visit India and experience something as unique as this.
