On 16th December, 2023, the students of Grade VII E from Delhi Public School Kamptee Road, Nagpur, organised an assembly centred around the theme of ‘Vijay Diwas and Courage: Overcoming Fear and Facing Challenges’.
The assembly commenced with a heartfelt prayer, setting a tone of reverence and positivity. A student then took the spotlight and recited a powerful poem on ‘Soldiers’. Students shed light on the immense sacrifices and hardships soldiers endure to ensure our safety. As a tribute to the soldiers, a group of girls gracefully performed a mesmerizing dance. Their movements reflected the strength and resilience of those who serve in the military.

Furthermore, they also highlighted the significance of courage, sincerity and hard work in maximizing one’s opportunities. Lastly, they enacted a short skit that portrayed the importance of courage in overcoming obstacles and standing up for what is right.
Overall, the assembly was a captivating and thought-provoking experience, filled with heartfelt tributes and powerful messages. It served as a reminder of the strength and resilience within each individual and left everyone with a renewed sense of purpose and determination.
