New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh reached All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Saturday to meet former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to enquire about his health condition.
The Union Minister had earlier visited Vajpayee at the hospital on July 24. He had reportedly reached the hospital around 7.30 PM and left around 8.30 PM.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee was admitted to AIIMS earlier in June following kidney tract infection, chest congestion and urinary tract infection. However, he was hospitalised on the advice of doctors. At AIIMS, he is under the supervision of Dr Randeep Guleria, who has served as personal physician to him since over three decades.
Born in 1924, Vajpayee entered politics during the Quit India movement in 1942. He was elected to Lok Sabha from Lucknow in 1991, 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2004.
