The upcoming film ‘Rajan’ will see actor Santosh Juvekar playing the role of gangster Chhota Rajan. Rajan was a once close aide of Dawood Ibrahim but the two had a fallout after the 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai. Nevertheless, Dawood is an integral part of Rajan’s life and is sure to feature in the film as well. So who’s playing Dawood then?
“We are in talks with Jackie Shroff for the role. He has shown interest but things are yet to be finalised. We should have an answer in a couple of days. Also, we are trying to rope in Aditya Pancholi for a prominent role,” informed director of the film, Bharat Sunanda.
Given the various kinds of roles that Jackie Dada has been doing of late, this one sure seems challenging. In the end, it’s all about the bindhaas bhidu attitude, isn’t it?
