Nagpur: An unidentified man, estimated to be around 55 years old, was found unconscious near the Rajabaksha Temple on Main Road in the Imamwada area of Nagpur on Tuesday morning, causing a stir in the neighborhood. The police rushed the man to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for treatment, where doctors declared him dead after examination.
According to the complaint filed by Sachin Sharadrao Gujar (44), the deceased had been living in the area for the past three years, surviving by begging near the Rajabaksha Temple.
Following Gujar’s statement, Sub-Inspector Madavi from the Imamwada Police Station registered a case of accidental death. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
