Booty worth Rs 3.21 lakh stolen from doctor’s resident in Khamla

Nagpur: An anonymous miscreant stuck at a doctor’s house under the jurisdiction of Pratap Nagar police station and decamped with gold and diamond ornaments to the tune of Rs 3,21,000 lakh between July 27 and July 30.

Accompanied with his family, complainant Dr Manoj Shinkarhiya (43) resident of Plot. No. 55, Excise Layout, Khamla was out of town on a family trip between July 27 and July 30, 2018. In the meantime some unidentified bugler gained entry in the house by breaking window and absconded with gold and diamond jewelry worth Rs 3,21,000.

However when Manoj returned, after the trip he was stunned to see his scattered house. Subsequently he registered a complaint in Pratap Nagar police station.

Pratap Nagar police station has registered a case against unidentified buglers under section 380,457 of IPC. Further details are awaited.
