Nagpur/Mumbai: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in for a major jolt. If speculations, that are running wild, are to be believed, then Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar and Ashok Chavan are coming together. The potent equation will see the next Mayor of Mumbai of Shiv Sena and the next Chief Minister also of Shiv Sena.
For the election of Mumbai Mayor the numbers are: Shiv Sena – 84, Congress – 31 and NCP 9. Total 124. It is well and above the magic figure of 114 required for majority.
For the rumours sake, Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP are forming government in the state. The number equation is: Shiv Sena – 63, Congress – and NCP 41. Total 146. (The number is more than sufficient for a majority – 144).
So BJP, be prepared to receive a high-voltage shock in Mumbai and State as well.
