Fire tenders are being rushed to Sector 8 in Dwarka where a BSF aircraft has crash-landed
A Border Security Force (BSF) aircraft, carrying 10-12 people on board, crashed in Dwarka near Delhi on Tuesday shortly after take-off. One person has been killed. All the remaining personnel are being rescued from the debris.
The Fire Chief has confirmed to news agency PTI that it was a BSF Super King plane bound for Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.
A total of 18 fire tenders are being rushed to the spot.
Minister of State for Civil Aviation Mahesh Sharma has launched an inquiry into the incident.
