Nagpur: In a heart-rending , a two and half year boy was crushed to death by a speeding car in front of his house. The incident occurred in Deendayal Nagar here on Monday afternoon.
The deceased toddler Yatarth, son of Yashwant Golhar, a resident of Kuhi village, had come to his grandfather’s house in Deendayal Nagar. Around 1.10 pm on Monday, Yatarth came out house for urination. While he was relieving himself, a recklessly driven car (MH-31/BB 7674) hit crushed him. A critically injured Yatarth died on the spot. As the nearby residents gathered on the spot shocked, the driver of the killer car fled the spot leaving behind his vehicle. On being informed, a team of Pratap Nagar police reached the scene and started investigation. After Panchnama, body of Yatarth was sent to GMCH for autopsy.
