Nagpur: Early noon hours of Wednesday caught the attention of every commuter passing through the stretch from Aath Rasta Square to Khamla Square as a speeding Maruti Swift car bearing registration number MH-04 DW 501 hit a divider and raced past it before it comes to a screeching halt. As per the RTO records, the vehicle is registered in Thane district in Maharashtra.
The number plate also bears the symbol of Congress party and said to be of a Congress leader, however the whereabouts could not be immediately known. The car was approaching from Aath Rasta Square and suddenly jumped upon the divider that falls just after the square.
No one was injured in the incident. The vehicle was reportedly removed from the site.
