Nagpur: There has been a consistent traffic drive in Nagpur to check two wheeler riders commuting without helmets. Every busy stretch is marked by the cluster of traffic men browsing through RTO papers and handing out challans!
Well we know, most of these challans are issued as a penalty for helmet less riding. While the scenes galore, albeit disrupting the traffic on regular basis owing to the barricadescausing huge congestion, here we chanced upon an interesting find.
As Nagpur Today strolled out through the city its lensman spotted the men in khaki off guard, zooming past the flyover on their bikes. What caught our attention is that helmet was very much there, but not on the heads but locked adequately to the back panel of the bike.
