Nagpur: As many as 2 deer strayed from wilds into the city on Tuesday morning. The antelopes were spotted at different locations in North Nagpur – one at Nalanda Nagar on Nari road and another one in the nearby locality at Patankar Square.
Interestingly, both the animals had moved into the houses of Prakash Dongre and Rangari.
As the residents spotted the animals, they informed the forest department officials who took 2 hours to reach the spot.
The deer have been later taken to veterinary hospital for treatment.
Sources reported that the animals might have entered into the houses from nearby jungles in search of food.
