DSC_0792In spite of number of Traffic Policemen stationed at even places, the cars, two-wheelers were seen in a mad rush dodging and maneuvering to reach VCA-Jamta Stadium and traffic jam beginning right near the spot where Khapri starts. Flags and T-shirts were being sold by some street vendors standing at places where no vehicle ever even stopped. Many boys and youth had adorned crazy paints and head gears and were seen yelling India… India…or Bharat Mata Ki Jai etc.

But alas all the enthusiasm to watch their favourite players play was shattered when India lost horribly.

However, sources claimed that all the eateries like Dhabas in Khapri are doing brisk business with people wanting to enjoy Dhaba food.
