Nagpur: To improve the percentage of OBC students in NEET and IIT, online training has been started for the past 8 months through Mahajyoti. For this it was decided to provide 6 GB data along with books and ‘tabs’ to the students of Class XI and XII. However, these students are still waiting for ‘tab’. The burning question is whether the tab will be given after training?
In OBNC, it has been decided to provide online training to 12,000 students to get placement in NEET and IITs for OBC students of Class 11 and 12. For this, Mahajyoti had announced in the advertisement to give them 6 GB mobile data for Books tab and online training. However, even after seven
months of online training that started on December 7, 2021, they have not received the ‘tab’ data. So doubts are being raised that how they will be able to achieve remarkable achievement in the next examination?
Interestingly, the students participating in the training are mostly promising students from rural areas. They are not in a financial position to buy the material or pick up the tab. Therefore, online training of Mahajyoti has remained for the sake of name only and the students are suffering academic loss.
It is noteworthy that earlier Mahajyoti Manager Pradeep Dange was contacted. Explaining the delay in issue of ‘Tab’ due to technical procedures, he said that the proposal for Tab was sent in the month of January and could not be made available due to late receipt from the department. However, the process is underway and it will be allotted to them soon. Since it’s been a month and still haven’t received the tab, there is no way to know why there is a delay.
