Conman grabs 3-story building of Rs 48 lakh with token amount of Rs 1100 only in MIDC

Nagpur: A conman forged documents and grabbed a 3-story building of a man by paying just a token amount of Rs 1100. The building was supposed to be sold at Rs 48 lakh in a deal.

According to details, woman named Pramilatai Rupchand Bisen had purchased Plot No. 102 in the layout of Vaibhav Anand Housing Society situated at Wanadongri in MIDC area. The said plot was purchased from Pramilatai Bisen in 2008 by Dnyaneshwar Gangadhar Kapse of Gayatri Apartment, Kalyaneshwar Mandir, Mahal. Accordingly a Power of Attorney was made and taxation process was also completed from Gram Panchayat. Later with the permission of Gram Panchayt a 3-story building was constructed by Dnyaneshwar Kapse in accordance with the sanctioned map in 2011. On 1.1.2014, Kapse negotiated an oral deal with the accused conman Ajay Ramnath Jha of Wanadongri for sale of entire 3-story building at Rs 48 lakh. At that time the accused Ajay Jha paid Kapse a token amount of Rs 1100 towards the oral deal. In the meanwhile, the accused Ajay Jha forged documents and took possession of the 3-story building slyly on 8.1.2015. The accused Ajay Jha also submitted the forged documents to Gram Panchayat and MSEB as well in order to show the property belongs to him.

MIDC PSI Patankar, acting on a complaint of Kapse, has booked the accused Ajay Jha under Sections 420, 468, 471, 448 of IPC and launched an in-depth investigation into the case.
