The man behind this quirky place – Mithilesh is a certified Coffee Q-Grader and Taster; one among the only 20-odd in India, a Coffee Roaster, Taster and Trainer, a Consultant to cafes & Roasters with several ongoing National and International Projects. He is also a Tedx Speaker and has been a keynote speaker at the India International festival in bengaluru.
He was recently featured in Ozy.com Only three years into the field, he is also the First Indian AeroPress Champion – the 1st to have represented India at the World AeroPress Championship {W.A.C} Seoul, South Korea, in 2017, competing among coffee Brewer Champion from over 50 Nations. His Brewing workshop at Kala Ghoda Festival has been covered by Vogue.

And there mission is to empower Indian Coffee farmers. There are several ways of brewing coffee and these guys have varieties, it’s take the pride in preparing the coffee in the authentic way and it’s one of the unique places for “Coffee”.
