Even as the fresh academic sessions in schools and junior colleges have picked up in full bloom and most of the schools are up with their quarterly exams, fresher’s parties are still in vogue. Recently the young lot at Centre Point College got to unwind their vibrancy of joining a junior college with a fresh welcome from the seniors.
Held at a city’s famous aqua park turned into party hub, the party carried a distinct theme too – DIsney Prince and Princess.
The entire do was lit up with joy and plethora of activities that really charged the atmosphere. And what the activities without the winners!! So here they are – Manav Mahikja and Pooja Vora were selected as Mr. and Miss Fresher for the year, respectively.
During the final round for this keenly planned contest, all the students scorched up the ramp and showcased their best.
Yukti Arora and Vinit Pandey was also picked up as winners for their best dressing style.
Meanwhile the event also saw a slew of cultural programs by seniors to give a heartwarming welcome to juniors.
Coordinator of the event Deepali Naidu Coordinator, said “I really thank to all senior baccha log for their hark work that they put together with their new ideas. It is only because of them that we finished it off peacfully and hope for the same next year.”
Dr.Owais Talib , officiating principal CPC, “All credit goes to seniors students. Only because of them we had done our event successfully. I also take this opportunity to thank all our management members for their support.”
The event was ended on a delicious note with as the students bonded over mouth watering dishes and complimented with special ‘Student DJ’ which belted out stirring numbers.
