Police have recovered the amount from his pocket hinting that Arjun Singh was murdered for robbing intentions. His watch was also intact but mobile phone was missing. Police are investigating the murder from all angles including the dispute that occurred at his “Dhabha” with some persons. Lakadganj police have registered an offence by action on a complaint lodged by Arjun Singh’s cousin brother Harpal Singh Bagal.

DHABHA WAS RUNNING SINCE 20 YEARS: According to police sources, Arjun Singh was the only child to his parents. He was running the “Dhabha” Sher-E-Punjab on Bhandara Road since past 20 years. Before starting the Sher-E-Punjab Dhabha, Arjun was running a small “Dhabha” on footpath. Later, he took a room on rent and from there he was making the business. COUSIN BROTHER WENT ON TO SEARCH ARJUN: When Arjun Singh did not return home even after 2 in the dead of the night, his wife asked her cousin brother-in-law Harpal to get Arjun’s whereabouts known. When Harpal was proceedings towards Arjun’s Dhabha, Harpal spotted police vehicles and a crowd at the spot where Arjun Singh was murdered. He stopped at the spot. Harpal was shocked to find Arjun lying in a pool of blood. He then informed the relatives who, too, reached the spot.
