Dhanwate College observes Sant Gadge Baba death anniversary

Nagpur: City-based Dhanwate National College recently organised a programme to observe the death anniversary of Sant Gadge Baba, the great social reformer. The programme was presided over by Acting Principal Dr P S Changole.

Speaking on the occasion, a student of B A Part 1 Akshay Meshram threw light on the life of Sant Gadge Baba who promoted social justice and initiated reforms, especially related to sanitation. “He is still revered by the common people and remains a source of inspiration for various political parties and non-government organizations,” Meshram said.
