Nagpur: The third edition of President’s Cup for Corporate was held in the lush green campus of Delhi Public School MIHAN on Saturday & Sunday, 2nd & 3rd March, 2024.
Eight reputed IT teams participated for winning the coveted trophy. The tournament started with the opening match between TCS and MADC where TCS gave their strong imprint over the tournament. All the matches were played with great zeal and sportsmanship. With their extraordinary skills and performance TASL (Tata Aviation System Ltd.) and TCS became the finalists. The Final match was all energy packed one on the field where TCS dominated TASL and in a nail biting finish and took the President’s Cup by winning it by 7 wickets.

The Best batsman of the Tournament was given to Mr. Sumit Gaikwad of TASL for brilliant batting performance, Mr. Sagar Maske from TCS was declared as Best Bowler of the Tournament for overall 9 wickets in the Tournament and Mr. Pranav Narnaware lifted the Player of the Tournament trophy for scoring 134 runs and 3 wickets.
Ms. Nidhi Yadav, Principal was present at the Closing ceremony and congratulated the winners .She also highlighted the vision of President and Pro Vice Chairperson Ms. Tulika Kedia who ensures the best of sporting facilities are provided in the for holistic education and for psycho-socio development of the students. She also thanked the Director Ms Savita Jaiswal for her constant guidance and support in all endeavours of the school.
