But , the worst hit were the poor , destitute & Lower strata of society , who were living from Hand to mouth , without any further security & stability. The Corona crisis followed by series of Lockdowns came to them as suicidal surprise .The Nightmare sight of Migrant Labours suffering and struggle was traumatic in all sense. To Turn and transcend the trodden trauma with Transforming Touch , Dr. Pachlore Foundations , Maestro Multiversity , India has successfully executed and rehabilitated a large number of Labours , Farmers and artisans from various parts of India. He Further said , ‘ Working on the principle , policy and practice of Coordinating Cooperative Coexistence , We executed this Project – Kartabgaar For Kalakaar , Kastakaar , Kamgaar’ to bridge the gap between The Nieche & The Needy ‘ developing Bond Of Universal Brotherhood. The Model was widely appreciated Internationally for its Systematic , Scientific , Sustainable Social Stitch.

Eminent Scholar & European Council Member Dr. Mareck Krukowska along with UNDP Delegates made courtesy visit To Dr. Pachlore Foundation to study the Maestro Model of Management and was amazed to experience the Harmonious Handling of Hazard , with novice development methodology by Dr. Vikramsingh Pachlore , who mentored Any Time Madat ( ATM ) project For Serving, Supporting and Soliciting Guidance & Counseling for the Needful. Extending it Further to facilitate the Target Group of Farmers , Labours & Artisans who were worst Hit during pandemic , ‘ Kartabgar for Kalakaar ,Kastakaar & Kamgaar’ his brain child project came in existence. European Council Delegates appreciated the sustainable & Scientific training module made to suite the practical demand of time , initiated and implemented immediately. The skill development program ‘ Karatabgaar’ – executed for Migrant Labours imparting them Project Based Training in vivid domain of Engineering , Technology, Office Management & Support Services transformed the lives of poor & destitutes.
Dr. Pachlore Foundations not only provided practical program but also made proper placement at pivotal position and places. The labour turned students from Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa ,Bihar ,, Uttar Pradesh , Karnataka & Maharashtra expressed their deep Gratitude towards Dr. Vikramsingh & Dr. Sanjivani Pachlore for mentoring and being their patron with Parental care. They were imparted with many Life skills Management along with Technical training.The project Received widespread Admiration from intellectuals , Bureaucrats & Public servants for its successful & Harmonious implementation of its intention to Innovate social engineering. The American & British Institutes has expressed desire in making MoU for Developmental & Demographic & Socio Cultural Studies with Maestro Multiversity, India.
The project has uflifted the downtrodden & Neglected Artists , Farmers & Workers with Industry Institution Participation model , for which Dr. Pachlore Foundation will be Honoured by UNESCO.
