Girls with Cowboy Theme
Nagpur: A fashion-show cum Walk-and-Dance event was organized by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Engineering & Research (of Meghe Group of Institutions, Nagpur) as part of their College Fest “Umang 2k16”.
The ramp show of Umang 2k16 showcased a range of designer themes including Cowboy Style, Party Style for boys and gals, Suits and Shorts, Bridal-wear (Covering Desi look to Western look).
The contestants of the college showcased glamorous outfits, latest hairstyles, exquisite make-up and beautiful shades of lips sticks. The male contestants carried the attitude of stars.

Props like the hunters and swords were also used effectively by the contestants enhancing their look to match the theme. Each contestant was required to perform a dance step while walking on the ramp, since this was a walk and dance event. Walk and dance event was choreographed by Sam Qazi. The audience enjoyed the performance so much that on more than one occasion, the students started dancing to the tunes played for the contestants.
The students’ enthusiastic participation and the performance in each event was lauded by the lecturers and the members of the management who were present on the occasion.
