Nagpur: A fire broke out at Pantaloons showroom situated at Jagat Tower, Gokulpeth, in the wee hours of Saturday.
According to reports, the fire started around 1:30 am in Pantaloons showroom situated at the lower ground floor of Jagat Tower. The exact cause of the fire could not be ascertained immediately.

The security guard of Jagat Tower, after noticing smoke billowing from the showroom, alerted the Fire Brigade. Soon fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the firefighters brought the flames under control. Thick smoke created hardship for Fire Brigade personnel and it took one and half hours in dousing the fire.
According to Rajendra Dubey, Station Incharge, Civil Lines Fire Station, the cause of the fire is being investigated. No loss of life has been reported.
