Superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been very busy where his professional life is concerned, starring in one film after another. Following Thugs Of Hindostan, he has been busy with filming of two others movies that we know of, Brahmastra and Badla. The latter, which means revenge, is slated to be released this year and its director, Sujoy Ghosh, earlier released the first look from the movie.
From the picture that was shared by Sujoy on his Twitter page, we can see a man, presumably Amitabh, dressed in a black suit and shoes, and carrying a black briefcase as he walked across a bridge. The whole look gave a corporate feel, with Amitabh reportedly set to play a lawyer investigating a young man’s death.

Badla, which is a remake of 2016 Spanish thriller film Contratiempo, also has actress Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. This will be the second time that Amitabh and Taapsee are sharing screen space after appearing together in 2016 movie Pink.

About the movie, it is being produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment. The principal photography of the film began June last year in Glasgow, Scotland and the movie is set to be released on March 8, 2019.
Where the movie Brahmastra is concerned, Amitabh will be starring in the movie alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Alia Bhatt, Dimple Kapadia, Divyendu Sharma and Mouni Roy. The tentative release date for the movie has been given as December 25, 2019.
