Former Standing Committee chief Praveen Bhisikar created scene in the meeting organized at Satranjipura Zone office on Wednesday and beat Project Manager of OCW Pradeep Gurve. On the complaint of Pradeep Gurve, Lakadganj Police booked Praveen Bhisikar (35), a resident of Bhisikar Moholla, Itwari and registered an offence against him.
Police said, a meeting was organized at Satranjipura Zone Office under the guidance of Additional Commissioner Meshram. Bhisikar had an heated up argument with Pradeep Gurve (47), a resident of Narendra Nagar. The argument turned violent and Bhisikar started hitting Gurve and a created a scene during the meeting. Lakadganj Police reached Satranjipura Zone Office on being informed. But, accused Bhisikar already escaped from the spot.
