G H Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur received series of Grants and Award from AICTE

Nagpur: G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE) is one of the premier autonomous institutes of central India and is flagship institute of Raisoni Group of Institutions. The institute is NAAC accredited with A+ grade (3.51 Score) and all most all eligible UG and PG courses are NBA (National Board of Accreditation) accredited under Tier-I under OBE (Washington accord). GHRCE is being ranked at 139thin NIRF 2020 and 2nd amongst the private colleges in ARIIA ranking 2020 as declared by MHRD Government of India.GHRCE is being ranked 83rd at National Level amongst Private Engineering College in India Today MDRA Survey 2021.GHRCE ranked 71 in the OUTLOOK ICARE Ranking 2021.

Institute received approval of AICTE distinguished chair Professor scheme,wherein Dr.Deepak B. Phatak recipient of Padma Shri and Professor Emeritus of IIT Bombay has been nominated as Distinguished chair Professor for interaction with faculty and students of G H Raisoni College of Engineering (GHRCE), Nagpur.

Team of faculty and students from GHRCE won 2nd Runner up in AICTE -Lilawati award 2021 in the sub theme of “Women Entrepreneurship” and “Self Defence” and received 50000 cash award by each team.The faculty involved are Dr.Vibha bora,Dr.Isha Khedikar, Ms. Swapna Choudhary, Ms. Archana Raut, Dr. Atul Deshmukh, Ms. Bhakti Patankar and student members were Kanchan Diyewar, Aasim Khan, Madhavi Chavhan, Bhargavi Kakirwar.

Dr.Santosh Jaju, Professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering received approval for AICTE – UK India Education & Research Initiative (UKIERI). It is a collaborative activity between India and the UK in academic leadership, research and skills.

Dr. Milind Khanapurkar received AICTE ATAL FDP Grant of Rs. 93000/- to organize the Faculty development program on “Applications to signal Processing”.

Dr.Kapil Jajulwar Received AICTE-SPICES grant of Rs.100000 for Promoting Interests, Creativity and Ethics among Students.

Institute gives credit of this success to Shri Sunil Raisoni, Chairman, Board of Governors and Dr Sachin Untawale, Director, GHRCE, Members of BoG, Academic Council, Board of Studies, Academicians, Recruiters, Industry Associates, Venture Partners, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, Parents, Students and all stakeholders.
