Gittikhadan police book Dilip Gwalbanshi

Nagpur News : Gittikhadan police station registered a case against Dilip Gwalbanshi on Monday following a complaint lodged by a policeman. According to information, Dilip Gwalbanshi, Daya and his other mates illegally occupied land of Manohar Mahadeo Deolkar (55), a resident of Q No. E 25.3, Pathrigarh, Police Line Takli.

Manohar had brought a land at Garib Nawaz Society, Mauja, Gorewada six years ago. But, Dilip Gwalbanshi and his associates illegally held the possessions of that place and threatened Deolkar of dire consequences if he speaks about it.

A couple of days ago, Deolkar lodged a complaint with Gittikhadan Police Station and a case under Sec 447, 448, 294, 506b and 34 of the IPC have been registered against Gwalbanshi. Cops are further investigating the case, informed PI Bahadure.
