Gone in hours : Kolwadkar Clinic removes its temporary blockade from public parking!

Hours after the news went public over illegal encroachment of four wheeler parking space for personal use in connivance with the pay and park contractor, Kolwadkar Clinic did a quick review of its act and consciously removed the temporary stop boards from around its newly spruced up ENT clinic.

Nagpur Today had carried a detailed news article on Monday that unveils the odds being practiced on the busy stretch from Lokmat Square to Panchsheel Square. The roadside area meant for public parking of four wheelers was allegedly sold to the commercial establishments facing the street for their exclusive parking.

It surfaced that the contractor had illegally assigned the space in front of the respective commercial establishments at a meager amount of Rs 1500 per month. The practice proved to be frustrating to the citizens who desperately kept moving their vehicles to and fro, for want of parking space.

Nagpur Today had earlier spoken to all the concerned authorities who had assured of suitable action in the matter.
