Mumbai – Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari inaugurated the International Conference of Neuro Spinal Surgeons ‘Spine 2022’ in Mumbai on Friday (16th Sept).
The Conference has been organised by the Neuro Spinal Surgeons Association. Founder President of NSSA Dr P S Ramani, Organizing President Dr Vernon Velho, Organizing Secretary Dr Sumit Pawar and renowned Neurosurgeon Dr Prakash Modha were present.

The Governor presented the ‘Dr P S Ramani Lifetime Achievement Award’ to renowned Professor and Surgeon of NeuroScience Dr Atul Goel. Honorary Membership of the Association was given to two international experts Dr Eko Subagio and Dr Oscar Elves on the occasion. The Governor released Dr P S Ramani’s book on Bhagwad Gita on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor expressed concern over the rising cases of Spinal disorders due to changes in lifestyle. He called upon international experts in the field to collaborate, learn and share their expertise to provide better and affordable care to patients.
