Governor Bhagat Singh flagged off a grand Ratha Yatra organised by the Jain Sanghas on the occasion of Paryushan Parva from the Chandanbala Jain Mandir at Malabar Hill Mumbai. Maharashtra’s Minister for Tourism, Women and Child Welfare Mangal Prabhat Lodha and Jain monks were present.
