Nagpur: The stasamte government is heading for going digital, as per the concept of digital India, but unfortunately the representatives of the government, the law-makers, rather than carrying forward the digital programme of the government, are showing lack of interest, which is reflected in recent instances, as follows:

In the current winter session of legislature, there is a provision of tabling questions/ queries through online facilities provided in both houses of the legislature, in order to save time and incovenience. But only 25% questions have been sent online in the Assembly and only 2% in Council (legislative council). In all 3432 questions have been sent, of them 3224 are off line and 208 are online in the legislative council. In respect of legilative assembly in all 10,573 questions have been received, of which 7879 are off line while 2694 are online.
