Nagpur: Sindh Mata Mandal is organizing an annual grand Dahi Handi competition in Khamla on September 9. The entries for the competition will be accepted at Pinga Outfit in Khamla, Jyoti Electricals, Sitabuldi, Amar Kirana Stores, Ujwal Nagar Wardha Road, and Ramesh Kirana Shop in Gopal Nagar.
The prizes for the competition will be announced from time to time during the event, said General Secretary of Sindh Mata Mandal and Corporator Prakash Totwani at Mandal’s meeting. A committee to look after drinking water arrangement and other facilities has been formed.
Prakash Totwani, Narayan Bhojwani, Parmanand Shambhuwani, Rajan Ramchandani, Gopichand Totwani, Gulshan Gajrani, Sachin Karamchandani, Naresh Dembuvani and others are making special efforts for success of the event.
