Nagpur News.
The beginning of new year brought some unpleasant surprise for Vidarbha Cricket Association in Nagpur. The association was in for a major shock when its website was hacked on Friday. The site displayed defaced page with a message from the hacker which identified himself as “Th3_hunt3r”. The identity posted on the page resembled to the one which appeared on the page when RSTM Nagpur University’s website was hacked in November last.
The hacker had also posted information about VCA site on its facebook page. This is the same hacker who disturbed functioning of various sites being operated in Vidarbha region.
On Friday, the hacker posted a message on the defaced page of vca.co.in that reads out –
|| Security Compromised By Th3_hunt3r ||
I _ OWN _ VIDARBHA _ CYBER _ SPACE
Then Why The Fuck VCA Site Should Remain Without Deface
Want Any Help Contact Me On Facebook
The site remained jammed for all the day. It may be mentioned that VCA is one of the most popular stadiums in world cricketing arena. Many national as well as international matches are held on VCA stadium.
Nagpur Today tried to contact VCA officials in this regard but no one was available for the comment.
