Nagpur : Hon’ble High Court confirmed anticipatory bail to Harish Gwalbansi.

Earlier interim anticipatory bail was granted till 27.06.2017 by Hon’ble Z.A. Haq j. Today Z. A. Haq j. Confirmed the interim order.

R.S. Akbani and Prakash Jaiswal appeared for applicant. Mr. Thakre appeared for state.

It was argued that the complainant is retired police officer and the complaint is false and fabricated. It was further argued that land in question is tribal land belonging to Kirnake family. The complainant has lodged false complaint to grab the land. APP opposed on the ground that there are cases pending against the applicant.

After hearing R. S. Akbani, and Mr. Thakre Court confirmed interim protection on 12.06 on cash security of Rs. 1 lakh and two solvent sureties.
