In chopper decorated as ‘Pushpak Viman’, ‘Lord Ram’ returns to Ayodhya

Ayodhya: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrives in Ayodhya to take part in Diwali celebrations.

The event seeks to create the celebratory atmosphere witnessed in Ayodhya on Lord Rama’s return along with wife Sita and brother Lakshman, after victory over Ravana, as narrated in the epic Ramayana, according to officials.

A chopper decorated as the mythological ‘Pushpak Viman’ descended on Ram Katha Park with artistes decked up to resemble Lord Ram, Sita and Laxman.

The CM garlanded the actors and performed an aarti.
