Nagpur: The Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule received a pat from Indonesian Consul General for his energetic decisions and turning the Energy Department vibrant. The occasion was release of informative Radiant Maharashtra Coffeetable Book the other day. The book containing information regarding fast-paced development was released by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in the presence of Indonesian Consul General in Mumbai Saut Siringoringo. After taking note of revolutionary decisions contained in the coffeetable book, the Consul General had a word of appreciation for Bawankule, who is also State Energy Minister.
The Consul General, while patting Bawankule, said that with the significant initiatives by the Energy Department, the world has started taking note of ‘energy revolution’ and Maharashtra will soon be known as economic power in the country.
Bawankule was made Energy Minister after BJP Government led by Chief Minister Fadnavis took the reins in State two and half years ago. Soon after taking the mantle, Bawankule initiated a slew of measures including saving electricity, reduction in power generation expenses etc. The Consul General underlined Bawankule’s decision to separate agriculture feeder.
