All those gossip mongers who were feasting on the spicy news of Amitabh Bachchan greeting his yesteryear heartthrob Rekha at the Screen awards, have got some more masale to relish. As Amitabh greeted Rekha, the mega star’s wife Jaya went overboard and showed public display of affection for the very first time. The former actress gradually cuddled up to her husband Amitabh and printed a fine kiss just beside his lips. “It was almost a smooch,” said an onlooker from Nagpur who happened to witness the scene through his eyes.
After Big B received the life time achievement award, he went back to his family seated on the front row. Soon one of the cameras captured Amitabh and Jaya sharing a private moment, while Abhishek was seated in the middle.
