Nagpur-based Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd. has achieved a significant milestone by receiving two prestigious 5-Star Rating Awards from the Ministry of Mines, Government of India. The awards were given for the company’s Dhobitola Iron Ore Mine in Gondia District, Maharashtra, and the Metabodeli Iron Ore Mine in Kanker District, Chhattisgarh, for the fiscal year 2022-2023.
This marks the fifth consecutive award for the Dhobitola Iron Ore Mine and the second consecutive award for the Metabodeli Iron Ore Mine. Out of 1,256 mines assessed by the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) across the country, only 68 mines received the 5-star rating.
