The annual cultural fest of MBBS Department at Lata Mangeskar College, which kicked off with a scintillating night filled with music and moves, concluded here on grand note. The event saw students showing their prowess in sports, cultural and technical activities. The last three days of the event caught the maximum footfalls.
The musical night started with an afternoon Antakshri competition between the students and faculty members. Teachers from most departments of biology, pathology, surgery and physiology were present to have a gala time.
The singing performances, be it solo or group sure took the show to a different level. The traditional dress code added to the traditional aura of the musical.
Students sang, and entertained! But the cheers were to its maximum, when teachers came forward to sing. Infact, Ranjeet Deshmukh, the guest on the occasion sang an old Bollywood song, which was liked by one and all.
Chhavi Chandak and Anurag Mishra grabbed the winning title after amusing the crowd with the songs ‘Mai Pareshaan’ and ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’.
