Just over a week after losing her mother Sridevi, Bollywood debutante Janhvi Kapoor turns 21 today. Despite the sombre mood, the young actress will reportedly be celebrating her birthday with family members as that’s what Sridevi would have wanted her to do.
According to reports, Janhvi’s family has planned a low-key dinner for the birthday girl. As the late actress was excited for her elder daughter’s birthday, the family has reportedly decided to go ahead with the quiet celebration.
As per latest reports, Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor will be by Janhvi’s side on her birthday.

Anshula, who is said to be in Punjab along with her brother Arjun for the shoot of ‘Namaste England, will reportedly be returning to Mumbai for Janhvi.
Recently, Anshula Kapoor stood up for her step-sisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor by silencing trolls who insulted them.
Earlier in the day, Sonam Kapoor and Manish Malhotra wished Janhvi on her 21st birthday.
Recently, Janhvi Kapoor had written an emotional tribute to her mother where she spoke about her relationship with Sridevi, the loving bond shared between Sridevi and Boney Kapoor and how much she missed her.
54-year-old Sridevi died on February 24 in a Dubai hotel. The mortal remains of Bollywood icon were flown back to Mumbai on February 27 after Dubai authorities had determined that she had accidentally drowned in her hotel bathtub.
Her death sent shock waves across India with those who knew her at a loss to explain how the star could die so suddenly.
