Nagpur: The city SP of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), P R Patil has been booked by the department for allegedly molesting female employee of the department from past one year.
Sources informed Nagpur Today that, accused SP was rounded up by the ACB ( Mumbai ) following the departmental inquiry conducted by female ACB officer assigned from Mumbai.

Patil was booked under section 354, 354(D), 500, 506, 509 of IPC. Case was registered at Sadar Police Station.
Sadar Police said Patil had been sending vulgar messages to her demanding sexual favours. He had also requested her repeatedly to visit him at his bungalow. As she denied, Patil had threatened to send her back to her to headquarters of rural police. Patil was also maligning her reputation at office by pointing finger at her character.
The woman constable had filed a complaint with the internal committee against sexual harassment of women at workplace of State ACB unit. The offence was registered following the inquiry.
