Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur has organized a guest lecture under “Dr. P.S.Mene lecture series” on “Entrepreneurship as career option” by Y.H.Gharpure, Chairman, Gharpure Group of Companies.
Y.H.Gharpure was earlier Managing Director of State owned Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd., Pune and was member of Drug Technical Advisory Board of Ministry of Health. He had been Director in many companies like Haffkin, HIL, Arlabs, KAPL, GAPL, MAPL, Ajinta Pharma etc. He is Fellow of Institute of Engineers and alumni of LIT of 1956 batch.

He enthusiastically guided the students about the role of taking risk and continuous hard work for achieving the success. He informed the students to focus and concentrate on developing the habits and positive attitude necessary for developing the qualities which ultimately help the students to become an entrepreneur. He encouraged the students to fight back after the failure and learn from those failures resulting into the attitude of an entrepreneur.
Students and all staff members had attended the lecture positively with maximum strength.
