Nagpur News : Thursday afternoon, a shocking of abduction of six girls under assurance of providing good salary in job has baffled city police as one of the abducted girl managed to rescue herself and landed at police station and narrated them about the abduction racket. All victims are learnt to be residents of Lakadganj police station area.

The girls were taken from the city of paying good salary in a catering business but were forced to serve liquor at dance bars in Bengaluru.
Accused booked for abduction charges by Lakadganj police are identified as Karan Agrawal, a resident of Mumbai, Aavez Khan of Jafar Nagar, Ashish Mishra from Utthan Nagar and other two known to be as Payal and Atul.
Police informed that the girl, Ketaki, name changed, who rescued herself from the abductors told that she came to know about the job through Atul.
“Her mother owned a tea kiosk. She told that Atul would come at her mother’s tea kiosk and met her. He informed her about a catering business wanted six girls for two weeks and will pay high amount. He asked Ketaki to collect her friends for the job,” told police.
Ketaki convinced her sister and also her four friends to join the catering business. She told police that Karan and Payal took them to Bengaluru and locked them in a room. Karan would open the door only at 5 pm to take them to the dance bar and would force them to serve liquors to customers.
Ketaki told that Karan and his partners in crime would beat them if they refused to do the duties. She claimed that she somehow rescued her from the room and took train to Nagpur.
Police said that they have formed teams which will leave tomorrow for Bengaluru in search of abductors.
