Nagpur: The result of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC or Class 12) of the Maharashtra State Board (MSBSHSE) has been declared. The pass percentage is 93.37.
In the Class 12 HSC results 2024, girls have performed better than boys. The passing percentage among the girls is 95.44 percent, while among the boys, it is 91.60 percent.
Konkan division has topped among the nine divisions of Maharashtra State Board. 97.51 percent of students have passed from the Konkan division alone.
Nagpur Division stands at 8th position among nine divisions with pass percentage being 92.12 percent.

Pune: 94.44 percent
Kolhapur: 94.24 percent
Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar: 94.08 percent

Among the five streams, the Science stream boasts the highest pass percentage of students.

8,782 students have scored above 90 percent marks in the Class 12 final exam.
This year, 93.37 per cent students have passed the Maharashtra HSC exams. It is a 2.12 percent improvement from last year. Last year, the overall pass percentage in the Maharashtra board HSC exam was 91.25 percent and in 2022, it was 94.22 percent.

Some important dates related to the HSC result are:
• Re-evaluation of result: Application will be accepted from May 22 to June 5
• Photocopy of answer sheet: Application from May 26 to June 14
• Supplementary exam: Application from May 27 and exam in June-July.
As many as 14,57,293 students appeared for the Maharashtra HSC examination this year at 3,195 centres across the state. The exam was conducted from February 21 to March 19 in two shifts — 11 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The Maharashtra board deployed 271 flying squads to ensure smooth and fair conduct of the Class 12 board exam. MSBSHSE has informed that this year, the Class 12 board exam was held for 154 subjects.
