Girls outperformed boys in the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education class XII examinations.
Students who fail to clear Maharashtra class 10th exams would be offered Skill Development courses.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur and Ratnagiri. The Maharashtra SSC Result 2017, Maharashtra Class 10th Result 2017, MSBSHSE 10th Maharashtra Board Result 2017 will be available on mahresult.nic.in.
The Maharashtra Class 10 exams 2017 were held from from 7 March to 29 March, 2017.
More than 17 lakh students, including 3.8 lakh from Mumbai division, from 21,433 schools across Maharashtra, appeared for the exam held in March, earlier this year.
32 schools in Maharashtra registered 0% pass percentage, while 21, 684 schools registered 100% success rate.
Konkan division tops with 96.18%.
Nagpur region registers the lowest pass percentage in the state with 83.67%.
