Nagpur News: A man, it appears, has left Nagpur leaders far behind and went ahead to teach a lesson to Spanco or its employee.

According to reports, some persons gate-crashed the Spanco’s 11 KV Substation Office located at Sutgirni  on Umred Road in connection with power bills. The company’s employee Abhay Ganpatrao Kadam (39), a resident of Plot No. 523, Chitnis Nagar, behind Panchawati Ashram, Nandanvan, was on duty. He somehow pacified the persons over the electricity bills. However, while returning back, one of the persons suddenly started abusing the Spanco employee Abhay Kadam and lifted a glass block put on the table and crashed it on the table breaking the glass into pieces. Some pieces of broken glass pierced Kadam’s hand and caused injuries to the thumb. The accused person Babu Khan (45-50) warned Kadam with words: “Agar phirse hamara light ka bill jada aaya to tumhko Hassanbagh me aane nahi denge” (“If the inflated power bill is sent again, I will not allow you to come to Hassanbagh”).
