Nagpur: In an atrocious act, a man raped a neighbouring 12-year old frequently by taking her to a secluded location on his motorcycle on one pretext or another. The pervert accused has been booked but so far has not been arrested.
The accused, identified by only the first name as Ashish, lured the 12-year old girl of Imamwada. The accused Ashish took the girl to a secluded place on his motorcycle (MH-49/T 2115) on one pretext or another around 5 pm on Friday (January 13).
Ashish first indulged in lewd acts and molested her. Later, he established physical relations with the minor girl frequently.

Imamwada PSI Bhalavi, on the basis of the victimized girl’s father, booked the accused Ashish under Sections 376(2)(I)(J)(N), 354, 363 of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 4, 6, 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012. However, he has reportedly not been arrested so far.
