Nagpur: A pervert man not only molested a girl but attacked her and mother with wooden rod and inflicted head injuries. The incident took place in MIDC area here on Wednesday night. The accused is being searched.
The 19-year old girl, an MIDC resident, was studying in her house as usual on Wednesday. The accused Deepak alias Navin Shaha of the same area burst into the girl’s house around 7.30 pm and indulged in obscene acts. As the girl protested Deepak’s actions, he attacked her with a wooden rod and hit on her head. Hearing the commotion, the girl’s mother rushed to save her daughter from the assault. But she was also attacked and suffered head injury.

MIDC API Shivurkar, based on a complaint of the girl, has booked the accused Deepak Shaha under Sections 452, 354, 323, 324, 504 of the IPC and searching him.
