Nagpur : Tehsil police have booked two men after charging them in attempt to murder case. The incident took place in the wee hours of Thursday. Police sources said Prashant Rambali Waghmare (40), a resident of Bhankheda, near Bal Gopal Vachnalaya, was busy in erecting a pandal for the ongoing festivals. He discovered that Saddam and another man named Ilu were creating nuisance in the area. He scolded them for gathering unnecessary crowd. However, this instigated anger in the two men. They brought some sharp-edged weapon and attacked Prashant injuring him on his shoulder, legs. Prashant was severing injured in the attacked and was rushed to a nearby hospital.
On the basis of the complaint by Nishant Waghmare (31), Tehsil police have registered an offence under Sections 326 and 34 of the IPC and the booked the two men in question.
